What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit.
Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| shapeup_consent | Remembers your analytics cookie choice | Strictly necessary | 6 months |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — counts visits and shows which pages are useful | Analytics (only with your consent) | Up to 2 years |
Analytics is not currently switched on, so no analytics cookies are set.
Embedded maps
Some pages (the homepage, Where we train, Contact and our local pages) show an embedded Google map so you can find us. The map loads from Google when you scroll near it, and Google may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com. Share links (WhatsApp, Facebook, X) are plain links and load nothing until you click them.
Changing your choice
You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. For more about how we handle personal information, see our privacy notice.
