ShapeUp FC trains in Dagenham, a short trip from Romford. Tuesday sessions are at Dagenham Park Church of England School on School Road (RM10 9QH), and Saturdays are at our main home, Valence Park on Becontree Avenue (RM8 3HT). Families from Romford are very welcome.
Any changes to venues or times are shared with parents on the club's WhatsApp group, so you'll always know where to go.
