Our commitment
ShapeUp FC follows safeguarding procedures to protect every child who plays with us. Our coaches are UEFA-licensed, FA-accredited and DBS-checked, and are trained to create a safe, supportive environment — on the pitch and during breaks.

To raise a welfare concern with the club, contact us on 07412 700776 or info@shapeupfc.co.uk and ask to speak to the person responsible for safeguarding.

Photos and videos
We only publish photos or videos of children when their parent or carer has given consent. We never publish children's full names, dates of birth, schools, home addresses or medical information on this website. If you'd like a photo removed, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
Children's information
Our website forms collect only what we need to contact a parent or carer. We don't ask for dates of birth or medical information online. Any information needed when a child joins is collected and stored securely by the club. Read our privacy notice.
Respect on the touchline
Fair play and respect are at the heart of the club. We ask players, parents, carers and spectators to support positively, respect referees and coaches, and help make football a safe, enjoyable place for every child.
